What is OnPassive?
OnPassive is an MLM company. It operates the same way other MLM companies operate. You need to recruit others who are willing to do the same, in order to earn commissions. In return, members will get access to OnPassive marketing platform.
OnPassive is directly associated with GoFounders. If you visit the OnPassive website and try to enroll, you will be directed to the GoFounders website.
OnPassive is still in pre-launch and thus, some information might change when launching takes place.
What is OnPassive Marketing Platform?
OnPassive claims its marketing platform is way ahead of its competitors because it uses artificial intelligence. Its aim is to provide small, medium, and large scale companies, with the best digital solutions. These digital solutions are designed to keep up with new market needs and advances.
They claim the platform’s marketing ability, has the capacity to automate all everyday manual activities. As a result, there will be an increase in productivity and costs will be reduced substantially.
Who is the Owner
Ash Mufareh is the co-founder and CEO of GoFounders and OnPassive. He is an American, born in Alabama in 1972. In the past, Ash Mufareh was involved with the companies TelexFree and PayDiamond. Both companies were shut-down. TelexFree was shut down in 2014 by the SEC as a Ponzi and pyramid scheme. PayDiamond was shut-down in 2018 yet another pyramid scheme. Unfortunately, the CEO and founder does not have a good reputation.
Is OnPassive BBB (Better Business Bureau) Accredited?
At this time OnPassive is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. The company is new and thus, it will take a while for it to get listed.
OnPassive-Gofounders Program Analysis
To join OnPasive you will have to pay anywhere from $25 a month to $500 a month. This will give you access to marketing tools that will help your business grow.
At the same time, you will also get access to Onpassive’s MLM-referral program. That program will pay you for your efforts to promote OnPassive and recruit others. They are claiming OnPassive’s advanced technology and artificial intelligence will actually, do the recruiting on your behalf. Thus, you will be provided with tools such as:
- -Bulk emailers
- -Webinar hosting
- -Social platforms
- -Website creators
- -Domain names
- -Daily funnels
- -Email campaigns and so on
The OnPassive Compensation Plan
- -You will need to purchase positions in the four matrixes available or even in one of the matrixes available.
- -Start sponsoring and filling your matrix by direct and indirect sponsoring and from some sponsoring from your uplines
- -Level 1 or top row will have only 3 positions and the next level will have doubled (9) and double again until you reach the 10th level
- -Each level will be filled from left to right
- -Every time a position is filled or a person joins you will earn commissions.
On the matrix above, you can see exactly the levels of the matrix, the money each matrix costs to join, ($25, $125, $250, $500) the number of earnings, and the number of people required to join.
The commissions that you will earn will be recurring because, every time you reach level 10 on the matrix, you will be called upon to re-purchase another position and start all over again. OnPassive offers you residual income.
What is a GoFounder?
According to OnPassive members, there are over 37,000 people already queuing up to join the OnPassive program when it is launched. However, if you are desperate and you think this is the opportunity of the century, you can actually buy yourself a GoFounder position. It will cost you $97 for a year membership. A GoFounder will enjoy the following benefits:
- -Early invitation to join OnPassive before the public
- -Priority positioning
- -Priority access
- -Beta tester
- -Inner circle
- -Privilege to suggest-vote-give feedback
- -Founders only exclusive live webinars
- -Priority notification and positioning in all income streams and programs
- -Founder recognition on marketing
- -Exclusive access to founder zone
- -Exclusive campaign rotators
- -Ongoing bonus contests
GoFounder membership costs $97
OnPassive Pros and Cons
- -artificial intelligence and a variety of online tools to increase productivity and growth of your business
- -Join the OnPassive MLM referral program
- -Become a GoFounder to enjoy extra benefits and privileges over normal OnPassive members.
- -If the system works you can make a lot of money
- -Membership refund
- -To reach level 10 payouts on the matrix you need over 59,000 people to join
- -I am not convinced the OnPassive artificial technology could actually recruit members
- -This is an MLM platform with no tangible products to meet the FTC regulations
- -OnPassive is only two years old
- -The pre-launch phase is very long
- -The founder has a bad reputation
- -Unfair to early OnPassive members who will have to fork out $97 to purchase a GoFounder position.
- -Skeptical if OnPassive is ever going to be launched
- -Full OnPassive membership will cost $900 monthly
Is OnPassive Legit?
Unfortunately for OnPassive in the past, I personally was an Amway distributor. In addition, I have been an LR distributor and an FM group distributor. In the meantime, I also had a look at other MLM companies and the way they were operating. No matter which MLM company I checked, there was two common elements:
- -Retail products
- -No matrix or board
According to the FTC requirements for an MLM company, they need to offer retail products in order to stay in compliance with the law.
A system that requires you to pay a large amount of money to put your name on a matrix and then to convince others to do the same, so you can make money out of other people’s investment is not legit.
Can A Newbie Make Money?
If you happen to have your own business or a small website the OnPassive internet tools might assist you to increase your clients, your productivity, and growth. However, I do not see large online benefits and I consider their claims of artificial intelligence and multiple automation solutions excessive.
To be fair though, you could see some benefits from the ads credit program which can be used to advertise your website within the back office and only to members of the community.
If you are thinking of making money through the OnPassive referral program, think again. By the end of September 2019, there had been 37,000 OnPassive members. God knows how many are now.
If you go ahead and join the OnPassive program you will be at the end of that queue. To top this off, all GoFounders will have priority over you and all other 37,000 OnPassive members. OnPassive isn’t just a scam it is also unfair.
Is it Worth the Money you are Paying?
If you want to have a go at it, you will have to join the GoFounders first, and then you can join the OnPassive program. To join the GoFounders will cost you $97 for a year and the OnPassive opportunity will cost you at least $25 monthly. Total cost $397.
In addition, to join the actual OnPassive program you will have to pay for the big launching day which seems to take forever. If I was you, I would not spend a penny on a program that has no guarantee, has no retail products, and is a fraud.
Is it a Long term Business
No this is not a long-term business. This is the kind of business where you just take the money and run if you happen to be one of those at the top of the pyramid or matrix.
The rewards for those at the top of the matrix are usually huge, whereas as it happens in our case, the rewards for those who just started will be extremely small. For instance, at the $25 matrix, a member at level three will receive $54 whereas a member at level nine $39,366 and a level ten-member $59,049.
Moreover, to reach level ten and complete the matrix, there must be over 59,000 people recruited on that matrix.
Pyramid and matrix schemes are unsustainable because without retail products the market saturates fast, then recruiting becomes impossible, and most members suffer financial losses.
Starting up your online business or being a part of a business venture has always some risks to take. The money you invest, the effort you put in, and your personal time. It is imperative that you do your own research in order to avoid taking off by the scams that are found almost everywhere on the internet.
OnPassive might benefit your own business however, the MLM part of the referral program in my mind is a Ponzi scheme or a pyramid scheme. Unfortunately, MLM with no tangible products according to the FTC is a pyramid scheme.
The OnPassive program is yet to be launched but, already thousands of people are queuing up for the launch, while the GoFounders with $97 will be jumping in front of them, which is not only unfair, it is also suspicious.
Furthermore, the owner’s record does not help either. I have nothing against Ash Mufareh and OnPassive.
In this review, I tried to be objective, but I could not overlook certain alarming issues.
After a thorough investigation, the OnPassive-Gofounders program earned 15 points out of 100
This is my humble opinion about OnPassive-Gofounders, thanks for sticking around.
